In order to meet Gold requirements a Repair Facility must have individuals that have completed Platinum Status in four categories. These categories include:

  • Estimator: This person is responsible for completing thorough estimates to properly communicate repair plans/costs with the customer and/or insurance company.

  • Non-Structural Technician: This Individual has been expertly trained to recognize damage to minor panels and parts and execute proper repair techniques. This may include but not limited to: major body panels (such as fenders, hoods, and more), interior and exterior trim pieces, bumpers, and headlight/taillight repairs. This may potentially include welded panels.

  • Structural Technician: This Individual has been trained to recognize deeper damage and to trace damage paths throughout the vehicle that may not normally be seen. This person is responsible for restoring the structural integrity of your vehicle. This includes using high powered precision equipment to measure, straighten, and/or replace frame rails, aprons, and other parts that provide the most protection for you and your family members.

  • Refinishing Technician: This person is responsible for vehicle painting and insuring that your vehicle comes back to you looking as it did prior your accident. These technicians utilize training in proper paint mixing using precision scales and software to give you a proper paint match, and restoring the paint integrity that protects the exterior of your vehicle.
